Terms of Service

These terms explain how Able Aide provides services, how your information is handled, and your rights under Australian law and the NDIS Code of Conduct.

1. Who We Are

Able Aide (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides disability support services to NDIS participants across Victoria. While our NDIS provider registration is in progress, we support self-managed and plan-managed participants.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using our website, submitting an enquiry or receiving services from Able Aide, you agree to these Terms of Service.

3. Services We Provide

We provide the following supports:

  • Personal care & daily living
  • Community access
  • Support coordination
  • Allied health access
  • Family & early support
  • Plan Management (Coming Soon)

4. Participant Responsibilities

Participants and families agree to:

  • provide accurate and updated information
  • treat workers with respect and safety
  • provide reasonable notice for cancellations
  • pay invoices in line with NDIS pricing arrangements
  • inform us of any concerns, risks or changes

5. Provider Responsibilities

Able Aide agrees to:

  • deliver services safely, respectfully and in line with the NDIS Code of Conduct
  • maintain confidentiality and protect personal information
  • communicate clearly and promptly
  • match workers based on suitability, skill and cultural fit
  • respond to complaints fairly and without judgement

6. Fees & Payments

Our fees are based on current NDIS Pricing Arrangements. Participants agree to ensure funding is available and invoices are paid on time.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations may incur charges consistent with NDIS rules. We understand emergencies happen — communication helps us support you better.

8. Privacy & Data

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and the NDIS Practice Standards.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, submit harmful content, scrape data, or interfere with security. Website content is for general information only.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, branding, images and layout — is owned by Able Aide. It may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • we are not liable for actions by third-party providers or websites
  • service outcomes depend on individual needs and circumstances

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
