How We Work With Your Allied Health Team
Good outcomes come from collaboration. We make sure that you don’t feel like the only one chasing information.

We explore what you’d like support with – mobility, communication, sensory needs, mental health or independence.
-

Together we identify which allied health professionals may be helpful and prioritise referrals based on your plan.
