Support Workers (Core & Community)
Supporting participants with personal care, daily living, community access, appointments and building confidence in everyday life.

Support Coordinators
Working alongside participants, families and providers to make NDIS plans more understandable and workable.
- Linking and coordinating supports
- Preparing for plan reviews

Family & Early Support Workers
Gentle, family-centred support for children and young people, focusing on routines, participation and emotional safety.
- Home and community-based support
- Supporting family routines and transitions
- Working alongside therapists and educators
Administration & Coordination Support
Expressions of interest from people with strong organisational and communication skills to support scheduling, enquiries and documentation.

Checks & clearances
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Check
- Right to work in Australia
- Driver’s licence & reliable vehicle (for many roles)
Training & compliance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Understanding of participant rights & safeguarding
- Relevant experience in disability, community, health or early childhood (preferred)
Where Our Team Works
We support participants across Greater Melbourne and key regional areas. Work is usually in participants’ homes and communities – not just office-based.
